Elan Energetics considers sales to be final upon receipt of product. Once product is "delivered" by carrier, product is considered delivered and accepted by client. Returns are considered on an individual basis. Contact Elan Energetics at 256-247-7338 for returns. An RMA number must be issued. Credit to account is issued only after receipt of product and inspection by ELAN to insure that product is returned in same condition that product was originally shipped... that is in sellable quality and un-modified by client.
